A Update for Veranda and Georgia
Veranda and Georgia are fonts that were originally made when monitor resolution was very crude. They looked good on the old monitors but clunky and out of date on today’s high-res screens. A designer gave the typefaces an update so that they fit with the sleek design of today.

Ivory Soap Gets a Makeover
Ivory soap recently received a style update for it’s logo. The text is now a clean, straight-forward Gotham Book font, with a little stylistic sweep on the cross of the “R” that is reminiscent of the original design. The update is definitely a plus because it is a simple design for a simple soap.
